Not as nice of pearls as I expected from what I saw in the opening. Not as colorful and had many dark bad spots. Contacted customer service and they were very very slow to respond and then responded with a you get what you get mentality

You never know what you're going to get when you purchase a clam. What you DO know is that the Pearlism Team will never leave you with bad pearls!! My first Jack Pot didn't produce what they guarantee. So, Andrew opened another Jack Pot and made it right.
